Meet The Executive Director

With more than 15 years of experience in the senior living industry, Jennifer has built a fulfilling career centered on supporting residents and their families. She finds deep meaning in the stories and life experiences shared by those she serves.

 

Her journey into senior living began after relocating from her native Indiana to Austin, Texas, where she took on her first role as assistant marketing director in a personal care home. It was there that she discovered a true calling in working with seniors. Her passion led her to Pittsburgh, where she expanded her career in sales and marketing within skilled nursing facilities. Eager to return to personal and memory care, she earned her personal care home administrator’s license.

 

In her downtime, Jennifer enjoys sports and will always cheer on her favorite teams, the Indianapolis Colts and the Indiana University Bloomington Hoosiers. She also keeps up with IndyCar and enjoys 

the excitement of the Kentucky Derby. Quality time with family and friends is paramount to her. For that reason, time spent with family and friends—whether it’s over a great meal, at a concert, exploring local events, or traveling to new destinations—is an absolute must for Jennifer!
