Meet the Executive Director,
Jennifer Scott

With over 15 years in the senior living industry, Jennifer is dedicated to supporting residents and their families, finding meaning in their shared stories.

Her journey began in Austin, Texas, as an assistant marketing director in a personal care home, where she discovered her passion for working with seniors. This led her to Pittsburgh, where she advanced in sales and marketing within skilled nursing facilities before returning to personal and memory care, earning her administrator’s license.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys cheering for the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana University Bloomington Hoosiers, following IndyCar, and experiencing the excitement of the Kentucky Derby. Quality time with family and friends is essential for her, whether over a meal, at a concert, or while traveling.
